March 17th Power Rankings and Playoff Predictions

Hey there guys,
This is the second week of my new Power Rankings, and of my playoff predictions. A new week sees new teams atop both my NBA and NHL Power Rankings, with Orlando losing a big one at home this week to the Bobcats, giving the LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers a chance to gobble up the top spot, and despite losing in Chicago to the Capitals I think the overall play recently by the Blackhawks is enough to move them ahead of Ovechkin and Washington.
